HOUSTON (PIX11) — The father of a murder suspect in Houston wildly drove through a crowd that gathered at the crime scene, almost hitting numerous people.
Louis Anthony III, whose son is suspected of gunning down a 20-year-old man, became distressed as people began to gather at the scene of the shooting in the housing complex.
Someone in the group threw a bike at Anthony’s car, triggering him to slam on the gas and drive through the crowd.
Anthony narrowly misses mowing down some residents, then turns around to drive through again.
After trying to leap out of the vehicle while it was still moving, Anthony was apprehended.
He has been charged with two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
