Samsung confirms design problem in new Galaxy S5

NEW YORK (PIX11) — Samsung’s new Galaxy S5 smartphone has become the company’s best selling phone so far.

Meanwhile, the company battles reports that the plastic design of the Galaxy S5 has problems.

Recent reports and blog posts had the company explaining that the phone packs less bloatware than previous flagship devices.

Ads released showed messages that the new phone is “cool.”

Samsung also had to defend itself against Apple’s allegations of being a “copycat.”
