Luis Cordova is a hardworking immigrant who wants to better his family.

He put down his life savings of $50,000 to buy a dilapidated house in Brooklyn that he was going to renovate.

The contract specified if he couldn’t get a mortgage within 45 days of delivering the contract then he could get his money back.

He failed to get a mortgage.

Then he failed to get his money back because the seller kept it.

Howard is doing what he can to help Luis and to prevent the seller from getting away with this.
