NEW YORK (PIX11) — Toronto Mayor, Rob Ford, now admits that he has a substance abuse problem.

Ford acknowledged Wednesday night that he was taking a leave of absence to get help.

This comes after word of another video of him smoking crack cocaine surfaced.

An audio recording was released of him allegedly using vulgar language in reference to him wanting to have sex with another candidate for Mayor.

The Toronto Mayor is still seeking re-election in October.
