Police say the teen is non-verbal.

BROOKLYN (PIX11) — Police have found a teen boy with autism who went missing Friday afternoon in Brooklyn.

Cops say 14-year-old Daniel Ghabra was found safe and in good condition in Sheepshead Bay last night, about 4 miles from his Dyker Heights home.  He was reported missing by his mother who had last seen him in front of a Laundromat on 11th Avenue  at 4:30 p.m.

Authorities gave the case special attention because Ghabra is non-verbal.

No other information is available as to why the boy wandered off or how he traveled miles from his home.
