MERRICK, N.Y. (PIX11) — A 29-year-old Long Island man was arrested after Nassau County Police saw him hand marijuana to a woman out of his mail truck at a Merrick Post Office parking lot.

Nassau County police charged both Jimmy Henry and Jennie Pappas, 24, with possession of marijuana, and Henry with selling it.

Police said detectives spotted Pappas running into the back parking lot of a Merrick post office and meet up with Henry. Police said Henry handed Pappas a small container and she ran back to her car.

Police said the container contained marijuana and that Henry had more in his truck.

Jimmy Henry was not available for comment on Thursday but a woman at his residence said she believed he still worked at the USPS.
