NEW YORK (AP) — Mayor Bill de Blasio on Thursday marked his first 100 days in office with a speech at Cooper Union in Manhattan.

He devoted most of his first months in office to securing funding for pre-k, and is now expected to outline his next set of priorities, including affordable housing, Sandy recovery and increased living wage.
