(PIX WEATHER CENTER) — Dry and pleasant weather continues but a cold front will approach Friday giving the chance for a few showers.
High pressure is in control through tonight leaving us with pleasant weather through tomorrow.
Southwesterly winds will help temperatures climb up into the lower 60s.
A sea breeze will keep temperatures along the shore line cooler at around the upper 50s.
Clouds increase Thursday night as an cold front approach the region.
With the front expected to stall out on Friday, the chance of showers is possible throughout the day.
Despite the cloud cover, highs on Thursday will be in the mid 60s.
If we get any sunshine temperatures in the 70s are possible.
Steady rain could develop Friday night as an area of Low pressure tracks along the front.
Some thunder is not out of the question during that period.
The front moves out on Saturday, but with westerly winds in place, highs will still be on the mild side in the mid 60s.
Sunday will be the best of the two with mostly sunny skies.
Temperatures could very well be in the 70s.
