NJ man goes for a jog, never returns

HOBOKEN, N.J. (PIX11) — The family of a New Jersey man are desperately searching for him after he went for a jog Sunday night, but never returned.

Andrew Jarzyk, 27, left a bar in Hoboken at about 1:30 Sunday night and said he was going for a run, according to police.

Jarzyk, who was training for a half-marathon according to family, was last seen on surveillance video running near the Hoboken waterfront at about 2 a.m.

He never returned home.

Jarzyk was last seen on surveillance footage running near the Hoboken waterfront.

Jarzyk had just received a promotion at PNC Bank and his family said it is unlike him to just take off.

Family and friends have posted flyers all across the city.

Anyone with information is asked to call Hoboken police.

The NYPD Harbor Unit is also assisting in the search.
