Brazen burglar calmly walks into Brooklyn home, steals man’s wallet

BROOKLYN (PIX11) — Cops are looking for a brazen Brooklyn burglar that calmly walked into a man’s apartment, took a pair of pants and stole a wallet that was in the pocket.

Surveillance footage shows the suspect walking into the 23-year-old man’s apartment on Cornelia Street in Bushwick on Sunday at about 1:30 a.m.


After leaving the apartment with the pants, the suspect takes the wallet out of the pocket, then flees.

The man walks into the victim’s bedroom, picks up a pair of pants and leaves the apartment.

The suspect then takes the man’s wallet out of the pocket and hangs the pants on the stairs in the building’s hallway before leaving.
