NEW YORK (PIX11) — President Obama has caused a stir after he remarked, “I continue to be much more concerned when it comes to our security with the prospect of a nuclear weapon going off in Manhattan,” at the Nuclear Security Summit in the Netherlands.

Just how plausible is this and what is the FBI, NYPD and other authorities doing about it?
