The MTA is trying to answer back.

On Wednesday for two hours during the evening rush at track 30, Metro-North President Joseph Giulietti held the first question and answer session in the main hall of Grand Central Terminal at Track 30. The event was announced in the terminal and via seat leaflets.

On Thursday, March 27th, subway riders will have the chance to ask Transit President Carmen Bianco questions about the 7 train.

NYC Councilmember Jimmy Van Bramer is hosting a town hall meeting to discuss the line’s improvement projects and weekend closures. It’s being held Thursday, March 27 at 6:30 p.m. at P.S. 78Q in Long Island City.

Other meetings are scheduled for Metro-North customers in April and May:

April 3: White Plains Station, Station Entrance Lobby, 5 to 7 p.m

April 10: Stamford Station, Across from Ticket Office (In Station), 5 to 7 p.m.

May 1: Grand Central, Main Concourse, 7  to 9 a.m.

May 6: Croton-Harmon Station, Across from Ticket Office (In Station), 5 to 7 p.m.

May 14: Harrison Station, Eastbound Platform (near elevator), 5 to 7 p.m.
