Villagra-Garzon disappeared Feb. 23rd and her husband, 39-year-old Abayuba Rivas, told police she had gone to buy medicine for her 2-year-old daughter.

Ayubas, who was reportedly very helpful during the investigation, now faces charges of murder and other offenses.

Rivas is being held on $2 million bail.
