NEW YORK (PIX11) – A storm arrives tomorrow afternoon bringing the chance of showers as early as tomorrow afternoon. The bulk of the rain will occur at night. A few rumbles of thunder are possible at night as the front sweeps through the area. Fortunately, temperatures will actually climb the following day as winds shift southwesterly.

It will be a gorgeous day as spring arrives on Thursday midday. It will be a mild day with temperatures topping out in the 50s. The mild weather continues until Saturday. In the afternoon, a low pressure will slide just north to allow the threat for showers. A Colder air mass will pour into the region Sunday into Monday. Daytime highs will be going from the 40s to 30s by then.
