Clocks spring forward this pleasant weekend, but what about next week?

The weekend will end up as mixed bag as we will get a taste of spring for one day and back to winter the following day.

Strong southerly flow tomorrow will help temperatures become mild for once this weekend. Highs will climb into the upper 40s to around 50 during the afternoon. Cold front passes through the area last Saturday night into Sunday morning. The front will lack moisture however clouds will increase into the overnight hours. With the passage of the front, Sunday will be cooler with highs reaching the lower 40s.

Beyond the weekend, the next significant storm to reach our area will be on Wednesday and Thursday. It’s too far to get into the specifics on this storm as there is still a couple of days before models will get good handle on this storm. The potential is there for snow, but determining how much is way too early at this time.

Don’t forget, Daylight Saving Time begins early Sunday morning. We “spring” ahead 1 hour and lose an hour of sleep.
