NEW YORK (PIX11) —  An asteroid is expected to come relatively close to Earth Wednesday, and you can watch it live.

Neat-Earth Asteroid (NEA) 2014 DX110 will pass within .9 lunar distances of our home planet at about 4 p.m. EST.

NASA reports that the asteroid, which is 100-feet across, will get within 217,000 miles of Earth.

Slooh will be live broadcasting the event, although there is a possibility the broadcast may not capture the asteroid whizzing past Earth.
