Neighborhoods around New York City are dealing with more snow.

In some places, the problem is bigger.

New York City’s Department of Sanitation has hired “emergency snow laborers” to battle the accumulation.

PIX11’s Greg Mocker asked the administration about their assignments. More than 1300 were working in the boroughs on Friday, according to DSNY.
