Police seek help identifying elderly woman admitted at Brooklyn hospital

BROOKLYN, N.Y. (PIX11) — Police are asking for the public’s help identifying an elderly woman admitted to a Brooklyn hospital Tuesday.

The woman told police her name is Gisselle Sajous.

Cops say the woman told workers at Brooklyn Hospital on DeKalb Avenue that her name is Gisselle Sajous, but was unable to provide any more information about herself.

She’s believed to be between 70- and 80-years-old, is about 5 foot 4 inches and weighs 90 pounds.

Officials believe she may be suffering fromĀ  dementia or Alzheimer’s.

Anyone havingĀ  information about the woman’s identity or of her family is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS.
