Bronx water main break leaves 20 homes without water

The BRONX (PIX11) — Twenty homes were left without water after a main broke in the Crotona East section of the Bronx.

A 12-inch water main broke about 4 p.m. between Freeman Street and Hoe Avenue, sending water flowing down the street, according to officials.

There was a water main break in the Crotona East section of the Bronx Friday afternoon.

FDNY officials say there was minor street flooding and damage.
