NEWARK, N.J. (AP) — A man has been arrested after authorities found him on the tarmac of Newark Liberty Airport.

Twenty-four-year-old Siyah Bryant of Jersey City was charged with trespassing around 4:45 a.m. Wednesday.

The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey said Bryant did not turn up on anti-terrorism watch lists, so he was released with a summons.

The New York Post reports the man was dressed in women’s clothing and crossed two runways.

A phone number for him could not be located.

It is not clear how he ended up on the tarmac. The Port Authority says there is no video of anyone climbing the fence around the airport.

Port Authority officials did not respond to a call or emails about whether that was the case.
