Metro-North employees accused of falsifying time sheets

NEW YORK (PIX11) — Several Metro-North employees have been accused of repeatedly falsifying time sheets.

According to the New York Times, the findings are in a draft letter by the Inspector General for the MTA.

It details the actions of five foreman and three acting-foreman from April to August.

The findings show they spent work time running personal errands and using agency vehicles to drive to Pennsylvania for cigarettes and fireworks.
