NEW YORK (PIX11) – An ‘Alberta Clipper’ storm will move through the area tomorrow creating a tough morning commute.

A Winter Storm Advisory is in effect for most of the area in response to the storm. Snow is expected to develop by daybreak tomorrow morning and will reduce visibility and create slick roads.

The snow will eventually taper off in the afternoon as the storm moves west to east. There could be a little mixing along the coastline. When all is said and done, 2-4″ of snow is expected for most of the area.

Less across the south shore of Long Island and the Jersey Shore.
