DEER PARK, N.Y. (PIX11) – A Long Island woman was cited for starving and chaining two pit bulls to a tree in her yard, Suffolk County police say.

Cops say on Dec. 8, the two dogs, Nina and Papa, were found at the Deer Park home of Sharon Martinez, 55, emaciated and chained to a tree in the backyard.

Ooh…lock her ass up outside and don't feed her for days. People are horrible. Just plain horrible! There needs to be stronger laws for this type of neglect!.
