NEW YORK (PIX11) – The British tourist who lost a leg after a cab jumped a curb and hit her near Rockefeller Center is now suing the city for $27.5 million.

Sian Green,24, filed notice of claim against the city in November.

Her lawyer says other parties may also face lawsuits.

Green claims Faysal Himon had seven points on his license, and should have been suspended before the Aug. 20 accident.

The Taxi and Limousine Commission claims it wasn’t suspended because of a computer glitch.

Himon crashed into a bike messenger before jumping the curb and hitting Green.

The Manhattan District Attorney’s office decided in November not to bring any charges against Himon.
