STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. (PIX11) – The sly fox who went missing in Staten Island is missing no more!

The seven-month-old vixen, named Helena, was trapped Sunday night in Brighton Heights by zoo employees.

Doctors are checking her out before returning her to the zoo.

Officials at the Staten Island Zoo discovered Helena was missing a week ago.

She’s one of two red foxes who came to the zoo in July, after they were found wandering the west Yellowstone area of Montana.
