Lottery system set for new 120-unit affordable housing complex in the Bronx

SOUNDVIEW, the Bronx (PIX11)  — New affordable housing units are coming to Soundview in the Bronx.

Borough President Ruben Diaz joined the NYC Housing Authority to announce the new project at Randall Avenue.

The eight-story building is slated to be completed by the fall of 2015.

There will be a lottery system for the 120 units.

Low-income families can apply starting in July of 2015.
