Jets fan accused of punching female Pats fan due in court

The Jets fan from Long Island accused of punching a female Patriots fan at MetLife Stadium is expected in court Wednesday.

Kurt Paschke was charged with assault for slugging Jacklyn Nugent following the Jets-Patriots game on October 20.

The punch was caught on video, which quickly went viral.

Paschke served three years in prison in the 90s after he fatally stabbed a person during a fight at a pizza parlor.

Nugent and two others are also facing charges.

They will also appear in court Wednesday.
