Macy’s is planning to set up shop in Harlem, according to NY1.

The retailer is reportedly looking to open up a store on 125th Street.

A number of people aren’t too pleased about the news. They’re concerned that local merchants will be put out of business. Most of those merchants are black.

This all comes as Macy’s deals with the shop-and-frisk scandal and allegations of racial profiling.
