Harlem residents clash with politicians, developers amid new gentrification plans

HARLEM (PIX11) – Local merchants in Harlem tonight are furious about a development going into 125th Street that is kicking out several minority owned businesses. Surprisingly it’s being developed by the National Urban League.  Arthur Chi’en was on hand for a heated meeting on the contentious development, watch his piece for the rest of the story.
