Riders demand to know where to get special edition ‘I Love New York’ MetroCards

This week, the MTA rolled out ‘I LOVE NY’ MetroCards.

They’re a part of a new state tourism announced by Governor Andrew Cuomo. He says we need to visit area impacted by Hurricane Sandy.

The cards are available at Station Booths. Here are some of the main locations the MTA says the special edition cards are available.

•42nd St-Times Sq
•34th St-Penn Station
•34th St-Herald Sq
•42nd St-Grand Central
•7th Ave (F/G Brooklyn)
•14th St-Union Sq,
•Lexington Ave-59th St
•Lexington Ave-53rd St
•Main St (7 Queens)
•59th St – Columbus Circle

They will also be sold system wide. There is a $1 charge for new MetroCard purchases (unless the card is expired).
