Jack Foley, 2, was born with just half a heart.

He was born with hypo -plastic left heart syndrome. The condition means the left side of his heart never developed.

Super Jack underwent his third lifesaving surgery this week.

He’s recovering from his third surgery at Morgan Stanley Children’s Hospital at New York Presbyterian and he’s doing great!

Most children don’t make it past 10 days. That’s why everyone who meets Jack calls him super!

His mother believes her brother Michael, an FDNY firefighter who died on 9/11 is looking after him.
