The man accused of killing Baby Hope was in court Tuesday.

Conrado Juarez was formally indicted on charges of killing his cousin, Anjelica Castillo back in 1991.

Juarez confessed to the crime but later said he was coerced by police after they deprived him of sleep. He did, however, admit to helping a relative dump the body.

In a jailhouse interview, Juarez expressed resignation about spending the rest of his life in prison.
