A California man has come up with a way to bike across water.

Judah Schiller became the first person to bike across the Hudson River today.

He started in Hoboken and arrived in Manhattan a mere 15 minutes later.

So how does this thing work?

The bike sits on rafts and pedaling starts the propeller, pushing the raft into motion.
