The MTA Board called a special meeting for Tuesday to consider a credit for riders with passes.

For travel on Tuesday morning, Metro-North Railroad says it will offer a limited amount of additional rail service. It is expected that the railroad will operate as it did on Monday with about 50% the number of trains. Park and Ride lots have been set up that will assist customers traveling into Manhattan.
