Three teenage boys in New Jersey have been charged with beating a homeless man to death in Hoboken.

The teenagers, two 13-year-olds and a 14-year-old, followed the Ralph Erick Santiago down 3rd Street late at night on September 10th.

One of them attacked the 46-year-old man, punching him in the head.

The man collapsed onto a fence and later died.

The Jersey City teens were caught on surveillance video and turned themselves into police.

Police think they were looking for any random person to attack in a “knockout” attempt.

It’s a violent game where someone tries to knockout an innocent bystander with one punch.
