It was a scary morning Thursday for students in Yonkers.

Three schools were on lockdown in separate incidents. Two schools on Montclair Place, 29 and 32, went into high security after reports of gun shots.

At a nearby home, cops found a 51-year-old man who had shot himself in the face barricaded inside.

He was taken to an area hospital; his condition is not known at this time.

In a separate incident, school 31 was locked down due to a chlorine tank break.

All three schools resumed normal schedules around 11 a.m.
