(PIX11) – Police have a suspect in custody for a double-shooting that wounded a three-year-old boy in the Bronx.

Investigators say 27-year-old Alexis Tatis turned himself in Friday night after the incident in Vidalia Park.

Tatis was reportedly gunning for a 34-year-old man, but ended up hitting the child in the arm and the man in the leg.

Doctors at St. Barnabas Hospital list them both in stable condition.

Tatis has been charged with assault and attempted murder.
