But how does he plan to pay for the $20 million idea?

A Bed-Suty native and former City Comptroller, Thompson is making a second run for New York City mayor.

Fresh off Wednesday night’s democratic debate, Thompson sat down with the PIX11 Morning News to discuss his plans for the city.
