Christine Quinn may ‘OK’ birth control for middle school students

(PIX11) — Christine Quinn wants to make Plan B available to middle schoolers.

Yesterday the Speaker received endorsement from the Planned Parenthood of New York political committee.

According to the New York post, Quinn said she is open to giving 11-year-old girls the morning-after pill.

The mayoral candidate quickly added that for now she favors keeping the program limited to high school girls, but lowering the age may become necessary in the future.
