A little weak area of low pressure is moving through the area give a few light showers going through early the evening hours. Skies will then gradually clear out into overnight with lows at around 70 degrees.

The jet stream which has been giving us the cooler temperatures, will finally lift northward allowing the heat to return.


It will be mostly sunny with highs in the upper 80s. The last time we were this warm was in July 23. By Wednesday, the humidity will be high and many areas may threaten 90 degrees with mostly sunny skies.

The heat will begin to break by Thursday with a cold front approaching late in the day. Temperatures will be in the upper 80s. Showers and thunderstorms may linger into Friday morning with temperatures in the lower 80s.
