‘RHONJ’ stars Teresa and Joe Giudice due in court to answer to fraud charges

(PIX11) – Two stars of the “Real Housewives of New Jersey” are due back in court in Newark Wednesday.

Lawyers for Teresa and Joe Giudice say they’re both expected to enter a not guilty plea.

They’re charged with conspiracy to commit mail and wire fraud, bank fraud, making false statements on loan applications and bankruptcy fraud.

Joe is also accused of failing to file tax returns for 2004 through 2008.

They could each face up to 50 years in prison.
