(PIX11) —  The sex-abuse scandal at Horace Mann prep school is much wider than originally thought.

According to an advocacy group of former alumni, there were 30 more victims, three times as many attackers and a deeper cover-up of sex abuse.

The group says 62 students were abused and molested by as many as 22 staff members starting in the 1960s. In addition, the alumni group know of four other incidents reported in the 1980s and 1990s.

This spring, more than 30 alleged victims participated in mediation.
