Lincoln Tunnel reopens after spill with MAJOR delays leaving Manhattan

NEW YORK (PIX11) – The Lincoln Tunnel tubes and Helix are now completely reopened after a debris spill caused their closure Wednesday.  Major delays remain, however, for commuters heading to New Jersey.

Around 2:45 p.m. a truck overturned on the Helix, dumping its contents and causing the closure of both outbound tubes and the Helix.
