Manhattan Borough President Scott Stringer was running unopposed for the office of comptroller until former New York Governor Eliot Spitzer shook up the political landscape with his 11th hour bid.

Now, the game has changed and the stakes are high for the borough president, who was interviewed on PIX11 Morning News and answered questions relating his comptroller campaign,  Spitzer’s surprise comptroller bid,  latest poll numbers, and why he’s the man to protect pension system.
