Andy Golub, of Nyack, resumed painting the bodies of nude male and female models again on Wednesday afternoon near Times Square.
In 2011, Golub was charged with public lewdness for the same performance. The charges were later dropped.

The city says public nudity is allowed if it’s part of a “play, exhibition, show or entertainment.”
