But, that’s only part of Pattie Mallette’s story.

As a girl growing up in Ontario, Canada, she silently endured years of sexual abuse.

As a teen, she wrestled with severe depression and as a young, single mother, she faced incredible hardships.

But, Pattie proves you can find hope in even the most difficult of circumstances.

Armed with lessons from her painful past, she’s ensuring teens that when you hit rock bottom, you have nowhere to go but up.
