Woman fired for being too ‘irresistible’ gets second chance at sex discrimination lawsuit

A woman fired from her job for being too “irresistible” will get another chance at her sex-discrimination lawsuit.

That’s because the all-male Iowa Supreme Court is reconsidering the case.

Melissa Nelson is married.

Then one day the doctor said he had to let her go.

His reason?  He feared she would cause him to cheat on his wife.

in December, the State Supreme Court ruled the doctor was in his legal rights when he fired her because he didn’t fire her strictly on gender.
