You’ve seen her as one of the stars of Tyler Perry’s For Colored Girls and on the CW’s Veronica Mars.   Now, you can catch actress Tessa Thompson going back in time–to the 1860’s–on the BBC America show “Copper.”  Season two starts this Sunday night.  Thompson plays Sara Freeman who in season one tragically lost her brothers during the draft riots.

There will be exclusive sneak peeks of the “Copper” during two New York Mets games this weekend. Tune in to PIX11 tonight at 7 or Saturday at 4pm and you can not only watch some baseball, you can also get a glimpse of season twe.  “Copper” airs on BBC America this Sunday night at 10pm.
