Exercise classes in the city can be expensive, which is why comedian, Fabrizio Goldstein, has decided to help out.

Goldstein and other cycling instructors have been using the docked Citi Bike bicycles to run free cycling classes for the homeless and other locals who cannot afford costly fitness classes.

In the video, Goldstein encourages cycle-goers by saying, “Work it! You’re worth it!”

After the routine, the woman filming asks Goldstein, “So let me get this straight, you teach soul cycle classes for homeless people?”

To which Goldstein replies, “Indoor cycling, you know, it’s too expensive. It’s not available to everybody. I want the homeless people of New York to have the opportunity to have sick bodies. … And Citi Bike has really opened up a whole new world to them. It’s a New Yorker helping other New Yorkers get beautiful definition.”
