Steve Perry

Ex-Journey singer Steve Perry is currently recovering from surgery to remove a cancerous mole on his cheek.

The mole itself was removed three weeks ago after testing positive for melanoma.  Perry had to go through two procedures to remove the cancerous mole.

As of now the doctors believe that all the cancer cells are gone.

Perry was the lead vocalist of the rock band Journey during the group’s biggest years.

As much as I hate to think of him with cancer, I am glad he is among us cancer survivors. I wish him all the best.

I'm not a big fan of his but I'm sure he's a good man with a family and many fans that love him so. I hope he recovers from this and it never returns . One day we'll have cancer beat.

    Get Well Steve!! = )
